Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t thank the guys enough at Donegal Motorhomes for helping me out. Their yard is packed to the rafters, it’s just before Christmas and the pole to hang my clothes collapsed. Everything I owned was in a big pile, they cut and fitted a new pole straight away and they didn’t charge me. Thank you

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Liam has carried out repairs for me, & sourced parts for my Hobby caravan and advised me on a campervan I previously owned. He is straight, obliging and knowledgeable in the campervan game.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Liam and JP were outstanding. We had a clutch issue on our Merc 811d camper and within an hour of calling them they popped over to where we were parked, fixed the clutch problem and got us back on the road. From both of us, thank you! Great business to deal with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Popped in to see if they had stoppers to secure our awning in its C-rail on our van. Went over and beyond to fashion a wee screw and but to do the job there and then.
That's Donegal friendliness, helpfulness and engineering skill.
Thank you so much - has worked a treat in the wild Atlantic winds!

Motorhomes Donegal FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions About Motorhomes and Campervans

I want comfort and space for long trips around Ireland, maybe even down to Cork. What type of motorhome should I consider?

Consider Class A or Class C motorhomes! These offer ample living space, with comfy areas to relax, well-equipped kitchens for whipping up meals, and even entertainment centres for movie nights under the stars. Imagine exploring charming towns like Kenmare or Dingle in Kerry, then settling into your luxurious motorhome for the night. Perfect for families or larger groups who want a homey base for venturing out each day.

I'm an adventurer and want to explore hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path locations in Donegal and beyond. What type of motorhome is ideal?

A Class B campervan is your champion! These agile beauties are perfect for conquering narrow, scenic routes and hidden gems. They typically have convertible beds, efficient kitchens, and wet baths, offering a simpler living space without compromising comfort. Imagine waking up to stunning views of Slieve League in Donegal, then maneuvering your campervan with ease to explore another magical spot.

Budget is a big concern, but I still want a comfortable motorhoming experience in Ireland. What are my options?

Class B campervans are again your budget-friendly choice! They offer a more basic living space but still provide the essentials for a comfortable adventure. Plus, their fuel efficiency helps keep costs down, allowing you to explore more places in Donegal, Sligo, or wherever your heart desires, without breaking the bank. When it comes to budget, in the long run, getting the right motorhome from day 1 is what will save you money over the years. Otherwise you will end up swapping and selling and going through the whole process of buying time and time again. Some people spend years doing this. Talk to Liam and get it right the first time, then you can relax.

I'm travelling with a group of friends and want enough space for everyone. What type of motorhome should we look at?

Class A and Class C motorhomes offer ample sleeping arrangements, making them perfect for groups. You'll have spacious living areas for shared meals and creating lasting memories on epic road trips around Ireland. Imagine exploring the Ring of Kerry together, then relaxing in your roomy motorhome after a day of adventure.
